5. Ordering and Payment

To make a purchase, you must follow the prompts on the Site. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and we send you a confirmation email. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Credit Card and PayPal.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Australia only. Shipping fees will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price and will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. All wines will be delivered via Australia Post during normal business hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs procedures.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@anthologistwines.com.au. Due to the nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Terms and Conditions - Submit Your Tale

Effective Date: 18 August 2025

Welcome to Anthologist Wines ("we", "our", "us"). By submitting your tale to our website, you (“you”, “the user”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To submit your tale, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older.

2. User-Generated Content

By submitting your tale to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You also grant us the right to use the name and any other information you submit in connection with that content if we choose.

3. Content Standards

Tales submitted must:

• Be your original work and not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Not be defamatory, offensive, obscene, or illegal.
• Not promote excessive alcohol consumption or violate responsible drinking guidelines in Australia.
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove any story that does not comply with these standards.

4. No Compensation

You will not be compensated for your submission. Your tale is shared voluntarily and without expectation of payment or commercial benefit.

5. Privacy

Any personal information collected in your submission will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive personal data or the personal information of others without their explicit consent.

6. License for Promotional Use

By submitting your tale, you consent to your tale being used for promotional or marketing purposes, including in social media, newsletters, or printed materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthologist Wines, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your tale submission.
